Appendix M: Linking Cases

SafeGrounds has the ability to link two or more related cases, which demonstrates that the information or incident documented in one case is relevant to the information or incident documented in one or more other cases. This functionality should only be used when each case describes a separate incident or concern; if more than one case addresses the same incident or concern, those cases should be combined, as described in Appendix L.

Cases are linked using the Link Case button in the Case Tools menu.
